On Hotel Antalya

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVATION I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired – the carpet and sheets in the room were dirty, which made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. To make matters worse, there were no pillows available, and the absence of a duvet for the bed was a surprising oversight. The condition of the bathroom was far from satisfactory as well, with both the bath and toilet appearing dirty and unkempt. I was taken aback by the fact that the toilet was even elevated on a brick, which felt quite unusual and inconvenient. Another concerning aspect was the presence of uninvited visitors at night. It seemed that many people were entering the premises with a lack of discretion, which negatively impacted the overall atmosphere. I had specifically requested an extra bed for my child, and to my disappointment, it was provided without a pillow or any other bedding essentials. This lack of attention to guest comfort was disheartening. Lastly, the bed itself was uncomfortably hard, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Overall, my stay at this hotel was marred by various issues, from cleanliness concerns to inadequate amenities and an unsettling environment. I hope the management takes these points seriously and makes necessary improvements for the benefit of future guests.

The hotel room is very dirty, the toilet is broken and the water leaked from the bottom. After we arrived and received our room, the receptionist told us there is no pillows and blankets because another guest before us take it. After a while they give us just a bed cover sheet. The smell in the room, towels,,bed is stinky and un tolerable. The room size very very small. And its noisy . We stayed only one night and checked out in the early morning. Its terrible hotel highly nooooooooooooooooot recommended.

The location is prime, close to both directions, the old city and the land of legends Staff were not friendly, asked to replace the fridge that wasn't working and nothing happens, they changed the day before I left. The room was ok, but I don't think it is to the level of a 4 star hotel. Wasn't that clean, furniture is old and dirty The breakfast wasn't good, there is a set plate the same everyday, the hotel deals with the next door restaurant The Chill, restaurant staff were not friendly at all. Coffee during the breakfast is extra and not included The room we booked 118 was close to their service area, so knocking sound from loading/unloading day and night

The hotels have a good location, there is a park with a waterfall nearby. There were no problems with parking the car. But these are all positive points... We found trash in the drawer in the room. The ceiling has large stains from flooding. Furniture (chair) with a torn lining. The refrigerator is in terrible condition, the wiring is sticking out of it and the refrigerator is dirty. In the bathroom, the tiles near the toilet are broken. The shower is leaking. Dishes in which breakfast is served are dirty! All night long, one of the hotel guests was very loud, knocking on the room door and shouting. The staff of the hotel did not interfere in any way. I do not recommend this hotel!
